Warranty Terms and Conditions

The machine is warranted (by the dealer) against defects arising from faulty design, workmanship and materials for a period of 12months from the date of supply, Subject to the following conditions:

  1. Raw water (feed water) quality not being worse than that mentioned in table under the head Inlet Water conditions.
  2. The customer will notify the dealer promptly about any defects / abnormal performance and give the dealer adequate opportunity & time to inspect, test and remedy them, for which the customer will deposit the goods, if necessary with the dealer’s/service team.
  3. The customer will have no claim under this this warranty in respect of any personal injury. Damage to property or consequential damage, or for utilization of the goods not in accordance with operating instructions.
  4.  The dealer’s liability under the warranty will be limited only to defects, which occur under conditions of normal operation and proper use.
  5.  Inspection and test report of the dealer will be treated as final and binding under the warranty for determine defects, repairs/alterations required or carried out, or certifying working of the goods thereafter.
  6. Components subject to wear consumables, such as pre filter candle and carbon candles are not covered under this warranty. This list illustrative and not exhaustive.
  7. The dealer or authorized service provider will be entitled to repair any defective part replaced under this warranty.
  8. While claiming the service under this warranty, this warranty card must be produced duly filled in, those warranty cards not having the stamp and signature of the dealer and not having the detailed address of the customer will be treated as invalid.
